This 44,000 square foot curved building is located on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River in central South Dakota. It houses a variety of functions for the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe, including the Tribal Legislature, Tribal Management, BIA, Social Services, WIC Program, and others.
